“Our initial conversations with Development Beyond Learning commenced in April 2005 when we asked Development Beyond Learning to develop a program for our new Team Leaders.
In July 2005 we initiated this program, which proved to be a great success.
The results were:
More effective communication
Personal accountability
Leadership by example
Increased productivity and quality due to increased engagement
Improved staff morale
Our Team Leaders encouraged us to provide these communication skills to our entire production staff (over 370 people). We took this opportunity to Development Beyond Learning to assist us with communicating the LEAN production process roll out. Consequently, Development Beyond Learning developed a program to assist our production team to understand the concepts of LEAN and to provide them with skills to accept change and improve their communication
This program resulted in the LEAN methodology being embraced with improved levels of communication and a higher level of morale and engagement.
We continue to use Development Beyond Learning to provide this program for new staff.”
