This is a bold statement for a training company to make, but it is the basis of our organisation’s philosophy. Development Beyond Learning is an organisation with a passion. We take training from the classroom back to the workplace and into personal lives.

So why are we different?
We take the time to understand your business, your people and your challenges to ensure that your people are on the right program to maximise your investment!
Initial meeting.
We meet with management and participants to positively influence their desire to upgrade their skills by attending the program.
Pre Program Consultation
Prior to the face to face learning section of the program, each participant is personally briefed by a Development Beyond Learning consultant on what they should expect and what will be required of them.
Attend the program
The uniqueness of the Development Beyond Learning training process is that the basic program is tailored to the individual’s needs and skills. Participants are challenged to expand their comfort zone and to experience themselves as more empowered than they have ever been. Each participant completes a Plans for Change form. This document captures the key areas of change identified by the participant.
Program Debrief
Participants meet individually with their manager to review and assess the Plans for Change form. It shows at least three key areas identified by the participant that will improve their productivity. A strategy for implementation is then agreed upon which includes specific measurable results to be reviewed at agreed intervals.
Follow up Phone Call
A Development Beyond Learning consultant contacts each participant to ensure that the vital debrief has taken place.
Post Program Consultation
A Development Beyond Learning consultant will meet with each participiantand manager to complete the process by reviewing the results achieved. |
